Chibbi Shinobiz is a passion project where we reimagined 25 iconic Naruto characters in a cute, chibi-inspired 3D style.
Created inside Blender, these playful renditions were designed to feel like collectible toys—perfect for merchandise or even 3D printing.
As lifelong fans of Naruto, this project was a way to celebrate the storytelling and characters that first introduced us to the world of anime. More than anything, it was about enjoying the creative process and letting our love for the series shine through the work.

Project Workflow
1. Ideation & Moodboarding
Gathered inspiration from Naruto fan art and defined a cute toy-like chibi style.
2. Sketching Concepts
Created super-cute sketches to lock in proportions and personality.
3. 3D Modeling & Texturing
Built and styled each character in Blender with toon-like textures, colors, and lighting.
4. Final Collection
Scaled the first design into 25 unique characters, all consistent in style and charm.
